Made of poplar and measuring 20x20x10in, this is a fully functional ballista siege engine. It fires a 5.5x.5in bolt about 40 feet. It's historically accurate in construction, featuring a real skein torsion rig and winch.
because of its small scale I've decided to name it The Hobbit. Enjoy!
